The editorial team is responsible for:

Editors must treat all submissions confidentially and avoid conflicts of interest.

 

Initial Manuscript Screening

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to determine:

• Compliance with submission guidelines

• Ethical standards and plagiarism checks

• Basic quality of writing and presentation

 

Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be returned to the authors without external review.

 

Peer Review Coordination

For manuscripts that pass initial screening:

• The editorial office assigns the manuscript to qualified reviewers.

• The journal follows a double-blind peer review process.

• Editors monitor the review timeline and ensure constructive feedback.

• Reviewer recommendations are carefully evaluated before a final decision is made.

 

Editorial decisions may include:

Ethical Oversight

Editors ensure that:

• Plagiarism, data fabrication, and unethical research practices are not tolerated.

• Conflicts of interest are properly disclosed.

• Corrections or retractions are issued when necessary.

• Research involving human or animal subjects complies with ethical standards.

 

Confidentiality

Editors and reviewers must maintain strict confidentiality regarding submitted manuscripts. Unpublished material must not be used for personal research or shared without permission from the authors.

 

Conflict of Interest

Editors must recuse themselves from handling manuscripts where a conflict of interest exists, including personal, professional, or financial relationships with authors.

 

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently and are not influenced by sponsors, advertisers, or external organizations. The journal maintains academic freedom and editorial integrity at all times.
